Our business model is to provide the most reliable water taxi service in Thousand Islands.
We are available 24/7 unlike any other service available in all of The 1000 Islands.
We have our boat equipped with GPS nautical navigation and radar. We can literally bring you safely from A to B in zero visibility, without compromising safety.
There is no question, inclement weather can affect reliability of a service. As a result, I set every little detail up, in such a way, to have a much higher tolerance than other providers in the area. Our cabin is weather tight and provides ideal shelter in heavy rain and wind. It is also a faraday cage! Providing a safer environment in a thunderstorm, we operate in almost all weather conditions other than when the waves begin to show white caps.
We can also accommodate wheelchairs and scooters! I am hoping this will open up new opportunities to individuals that have mobility issues, to visit some potentially accessible islands. I would like to add a disclaimer. I cannot guarantee the accessibility of any dock or islands. Hopefully this is helpful.
We serve all of Thousand Islands. From our main hub in Gananoque, all the way to Mallorytown.
In the event that our services are required to begin outside of zone 1, only a one time travel fee will be charged for the initial leg. Our regular rates begin thereafter.
*The additional Zone Charge only applies if our service begins in one of the following zones.
ZONE I - No charge
ZONE II - $35
ZONE III - $70
ZONE IV - $100
We are SO excited to be back again this year to serve the community and their water transport needs.
